Fantastic because of location...worth the money!

I was a bit apprehensive about going after seeing some of the reviews on here but decided I needed a holiday. When we got there we were amazed. Even though we had paid for an all inclusive holiday (we were expecting just a room), we had a dual level appartment over looking the sea! It was a fantastic view. The room was cleaned every day and new towels provided. The bar staff were very friendly at all of the bars. I would defineatly go back again.

Fantastic, everything you ever wanted or need from a Hotel, right down to the can opener.
Reception staff are great, cleaners are fantastic and extremely helpful, rooms are spacious and very clean (cleaned every day and towels changed every day), view from ours was just great, air-con or heater, beach just a stone throw away, no big hills on way back, shuttle bus for town, local taxi’s arranged for you if required.
Down side: you had to sit in lobby for WiFi, could not get reception in room, one bar tender was (seemed) quite sullen most of time and rarely had a smile, biggest down side: ignorant English holiday maker that had big mouth and was quite rude to the fact he was in Portugal with sarcastic comments about the locals and their children and the fact that the food was not English food, but there is always one to spoil it for others.
Apart from that I will defiantly be using the hotel again, given the opportunity
